LODGING WAITLIST

All single and double rooms at Hampton Inn and Hotel Hayden have sold out. If you wish to be added to the waitlist in case of cancellations, please send a message to hotelsnye@newyorkencounter.org, specifying the type of room you need and the nights you need. You will be notified of any available time.

Please do not contact the hotel for any inquiries, changes, or cancellations related to your reservation. Instead, please write directly to hotelsnye@newyorkencounter.org.

• SOLD OUT: King Room: 1 King Bed, $210/Night (all fees and taxes included)

• SOLD OUT: Double Room: 2 Double Beds, $240/Night (all fees and taxes included)

Terms and Conditions

1. BOOKING
   The option to book now and pay later is available. However, full payment must be received by Sunday, December 28, 2025, to ensure your reservation is secured. If full payment is not received by December 28, 2025, the reservation will be canceled.

2. PAYMENT METHOD:
   Payment can be made exclusively via credit card through our online system.

3. CANCELLATION:
   Cancellation is available with a full refund up until December 28, 2025. After this date, refunds will no longer be available. Any cancellations must be communicated by emailing hotelsnye@newyorkencounter.org.

4. CHANGES (dates and room types)
   Changes to reservations are possible but not guaranteed before December 28, 2025. Changes will no longer be permitted after this date. All reservation changes must be communicated by emailing hotelsnye@newyorkencounter.org.
