  COST—Two room options:

  • King Room (1 King bed): $220/Night

  • Queen Room (2 Queen beds): $250/Night

Terms and Conditions:

1. BOOKING
   The option to book now and pay later is available. However, full payment must be received by Monday, December 28, 2026, to ensure your reservation is secured. If full payment is not received by December 28, 2026, the reservation will be canceled.

2. PAYMENT METHOD:
   Payment can be made exclusively via credit card through our online system.

3. CANCELLATION:
   Cancellation is available with a full refund up until December 28, 2026. After this date, refunds will no longer be available. Any cancellations must be communicated by emailing hotelsnye@newyorkencounter.org.

4. CHANGES (dates and room types)
   Changes to reservations are possible but not guaranteed before December 28, 2026. Changes will no longer be permitted after this date. All reservation changes must be communicated by emailing hotelsnye@newyorkencounter.org.
